 TECHNOLOGY-LITERACY HOMEWORK:

• GRADES 3-6:  (1) Make sure you have a USB Flash Drive  if you want to save your work when working on the laptops and/or desktops - What is a Flash Drive?  Grade 6 can use Google Docs for free for file saving and/or file sharing when collaborating on projects. (2) Memorize your 9-Digit Student ID #.
• ALL GRADES: SUMMER KEYBOARDING PRACTICE...(1) Memorize all of the keys on the keyboard and their location.  (2) Practice your typing skills using the Keyboarding section of the Media Center site.  Complete Keyboarding Log (they can be downloaded on the Keyboarding section).  Complete at least two logs per week (keep track of them on your keyboarding log) and earn 2 green passes for the fall!  Daily practice at home 5-10 minutes, if possible.  Additional keyboarding logs can be found in the Keyboarding section.
